  Came in to talk about issue with fees. Banker did not even talk to me, closed account. Shamaria did a very nice job though, she was very professional during the unpleasant conversation and provided me with a good service.

  I called this Chase Bank in mequon because the Fox point location had been giving me the runaround and an associate named Tyler was able to follow up with a number I gave him of the bank that a check I had was written from. And he actually followed up and got the check cleared for me. when the Fox point location just gave me the runaround and said that there's nothing they could do on their end. Fox point is where I would usually go but definitely going to the mequon Chase from now on

  Good service from staff but their ATM is rarely working. I've never seen an ATM out of order as often as here
