  Very disapointed about what they did to me the same week i m having funeral arrangements my Mom that s passed away I deposited a check for $6000 a day before The fund in my app shows the money was available and the teller refused to gave the amount that i wanted i saw him called someone that s may be a supervisor still refused to gave me the amount that i wanted she told me wait you could try toorowwthdraw $3000 in the atm and tomorrow you could witdrwaw the rest i did all of that and even the atm won t allowed me in the mean time she told me that (she s going to have someone called the bank)i waited a little while than iicalled the bank the automated service Stated the fund is available Now because of they errors i had to spend over 40 minutes and i had to wait the next day to wthdraw the amount that i wanted And after i mdone with representative i asked her (you told me you was going to call the bank for me did you do it She told me she eas busy with other customers This is what i went thru while i tried to make areangements for my mom funeral

  Every time I come to this bank to sit down with an advisor, even with one person ahead of me, the wait is just ridiculous. I don't know if I am unlucky to have the person that's ahead of me to be doing some difficult and time consuming business but I always end up leaving wasting at least a hour of my day for a quick in and out type problem. I don't know how the one in elmont is but I think it's probably be better to start going there instead because there's no way someone have to wait this long

  Not the best but not the worst I seen some really bad banks. Bring your own pen none there. The customer service they try their best but because of the size of the bank and number of staff is hard to provide. Also if you need a One on One with a Banker (Banking Specialist) you have to get there a ½ hour before the Bank closes because there will be none there, the Bankers (Banking Specialist) leave before closing and only the Tellers & ATM's are left available until closing.

  As I sit here waiting for more than 40 mins. A bunch of workers walking back and forth doing nothing. The bank is empty and still I’m waiting. I won’t be back here. They lack in customer service!!!

  Nice bank always clean not long waiting time.no customer restroom just have to hold it

  Service is good but the wait is alwaysssss long! Only two teller station . Disappointing for one of the busiest locations .

  Not welcoming don’t know how to talk to people have.has an attitude like it corona I don’t have to work not a welcoming place I would have took my money out of the bank over 1 contact with individulal don’t go here unless you have

  Worst bank ever, charge an overdraft fee of $34 for $5.00, ridiculous and then they charge $12 for maintenance fee, thee is no money to maintain so why charge a fee
