  Absolutely brutal! 1 teller on a Saturday inside and doing drive up as well. Manager checking her cell phone and pretending to be busy. So upset that sterling got bought out to Webster as there’s like none around so I came here. 0 customer service but guess I’m stuck. Still waiting for my “free” safe deposit box as they said they ran out when I joined!

  The Drive-thru ATM is so old. It needs to be replaced. I made a deposit yesterday and now they giving me the runaround for my money. The money is not showing in my account. They have cameras all over the place so they can see I made the deposit. So disappointed with Chase. I have been a loyal customer for over 20+ years.

  Absolutely worst Chase Bank I have ever patronized. Staff was very short with me as soon as i came in when i needed documents notarized. They told me there will be a wait which i agreed to as i was in no rush. While sitting down the tellers told me i should go to my local town hall to have documents notarized. I wish they had closed this branch instead of the one located on main street.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I have been doing business with Chase Bank since it was Bank of New York (over 20 years). I have multiple business accounts and two commercial real estate loans with Chase. I recently noticed FOUR fraudulent charges on my account Feb-May for over $2600.00 EACH! Chase reversed one of the charges but declined the THREE other charges. So much for being a loyal customer and a private client.

  Chase is my favorite bank! everyone in this office is so friendly and helpful! I never have had a single issue with my banking or fees. They help me out and are patient ! Thank you so much, Warwick Chase Bank!

  Annie helped me out, she was super helpful and really nice, I think this branch is really convenient and the people there are trying really hard a little patience goes a long way. Their coffee is always warm and really decent
