  Customer Service Rep (Matt) is an all-star champ of a human! I live in the UK (originally from the Glendora area) and I had a block on my debit card where they needed me to go in for a PHYSICAL verification, obviously one can understand how that would be difficult. Matt went above and beyond by calling Chase Support to personally verify my identity and get my card back in working order. He did not need to do this, and yet he did to make sure I was able to access my money abroad. Wish I could give him 10 stars, what a champ!! Thank you Matt, and the staff at Glendora Chase!

  Since the bank I use has ONE location in the Glendora area I primarily use the drive through ATM. I wish I didn't have to be charged $3 a transaction. I can't help it Since US Bank shut down all locations except 1 in Glendora

  The worst bank ever! Awful service and they are only catering to big companies not to local accounts.. beware to stay away!
