      The service in this Chase branch is excellent. I don't know why the other reviews are on the negative side but everyone is friendly and they call you by name. This is one of the newer braches of Chase with two teller windows and three cool ATM's. The others that had issues must have been trying to get over on the bank. Don't blame the employees for your ignorance.

      Understaffed. Usually only 1 teller and it takes FOREVER to complete a transaction. Something really needs to be done about this.
