  Opened a business account a week prior to the visit resulting in one star rating. Went into this branch to withdrawal a large amount and was treated like I was stealing my own funds. Gave all forms of identification, they called the police to verify whatever, called the back room manager to verify and after talking about my business issue across the entire bank to all the other tellers they finally released my funds. I have never been treated in such a manner in my entire life and all over my own money. I will be picking a new branch and if this continues I will be choosing a new bank to hold my business accounts.

  Opened an account. Transfer considerable amount of money to the account for business purpose. Chase closed my account and gonna send me a check for it. They treated me like I am a thief with my own hard working money. I have to wait 10 business days to get my money back. Comple bs. Go to US bank or Key bank. They have better customer service.

  Chase drive thru is the worst at this location. It takes anywhere from 15 minutes on average to 45 minutes to make a deposit. Theres always a line of cars backed up. Theres a guy mike who is the slowest bank teller and should not be doing that job.

  Most of the employees are polite, except Julio. He doesn't greet people, acts like customers are bothering him and is just plain rude. If you can avoid going to this branch, you should.

  Held my PAYCHECK hostage because they claim it was suspicious for fraud, when all they had to do was call and verify, yet I still got the run around.
