  I have been banking with Chase for many years. This location by far is my favorite. I am always greeting with a friendly smile & everyone seems to be well trained in their field. The best part is that it's never too busy.

  I went to chaw o get a check and cashiers check and dealt with two tellers. Victoria was friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed our interaction. Her coworker - I wish I remembered her name but it’s some elderly Minority lady - was super rude and non communicative that’s why I give chase one star less.

  Staff members are AWESOME in every way, every time. Have always had nothing but excellent service in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere every time I have been using this branch!

  Ariana was awesome and so polite. She made sure to take care of me and her clients. As for the rest of the men who are there, they seem to be a bit rude and pushy. Victoria is awesome! I have questions for the other men who work there.

  Bank near my house for 7 years. Tellers have always been really great but personal banking has continued to gradually deteriorate over the past few years. Recently opened a business account with them and experience the same issues but exasperated because of the more hands-on needs of business accounts. Edit - Aaron and Britta singlehandedly saved this review for Chase. I had an issue with a founders quarrel, and their help in resolving the matter was reflective of how a bank should treat its customers. Thank you Aaron and Britta

  One of the best Chase branches I have ever been to. They always have tellers available, their customer support is superb, it feels like a small bank where everybody knows your name.

  Good location with an ATM lobby. Friendly service. You can even get quarters for laundry!

  they stole my money dont trust them they closed my account with no warning and stole all my money i hired a lawyer its a mess!
