Stephanie Andreu1What is the point of this bank ? Everytime I go here their atm doesn’t work. And there’s nothing the employees that work there can do. Like what is the point ?!?!

Nikita Singh5It's usually a very friendly atmosphere. Jose one of the senior employees is amazing. He's always helped me and my family out with any questions. Other employees here are very helpful and don't ask a bunch of un-related personal questions like some other branches or banks do. Overall, great experience so far...and I've had my account with them for years. Wait time is always very minimal...they see customers promptly.

Luen Batlle1Wish I could give them 0 stars.... absolutely worse customer service. They sent me to another branch. I withdrew $900 and the machine only disbursed 5 dollar bills... yes 180 $5 bills! They could not deposit the money back or give me $100 dollar bills... not even $20's. Absolutely ridiculous

James Picou3Friendly staff. I have had a positive experience every single time I have had to deal with them. On the other hand, I think the drive-up ATM might be under some ancient curse. Now matter how many times it has been replaced, it have never, in my experience, been reliably functional. The drive up windows are no longer in service which means if you don't want to wait on the ATM line only to find it isn't working, you have to park and go inside. First world problems, I admit but it is inconvenient none the less. It's possible they have actually fixed it by now, I have had so many bad experiences with it that I don't even try anymore.

cecilio lugo1A bank that doesn’t work with cash. A bank that doesn’t have ATMs that work. Why are you even open. If this is going to become the norm with Chase I am definitely going to switch banks. If you have money under your mattress so you’re fine otherwise don’t come to this bank.

Nancy Mendez1Teller at this location was so rude, to both my husband and myself. I personally don't have Chase account and won't be getting one now. My current bank BB&T, is a million times better and always polite! I have no idea why husband chose Chase, but I think he will be changing very soon.

Joanne Oyen1If you need to have a document notarized or any other business outside of the window tellers, expect extremely long waits, rude service, and even being chastized for not making an appointment in advance. I went to this branch three days ago just to have a simple one page document notarized. There was a very young Greeter at the door whom I even asked when I signed in if there would be a long wait. She looked at the short list and told me that "the wait should not be long as there is only one person ahead of you". She told me to have a seat. After THIRTY FIVE MINUTES, I became very annoyed. I only saw one male employee working in one of the cubicles, most of which were empty. He was with a client and spent a very long time with her. That I can understand. However, from the tellers to the greeters, no one seemed at all concerned to have a customer (A "Private Client Customer", no less) waiting in the lobby for so long. The two greeters stood at the front door chatting away with one another. When the employee in the cubicle finished with the other customer, he glanced over at me, and amazingly walked in the back. No apology for the long wait or offer to get another employee to assist me ! He clearly had seen me sitting in the lobby for a very long time. I then finally had to take the initiative to go up to the teller window and complain. Again, no one seemed at all concerned and I was even chastized for not having made an appointment in advance because they "only have one notary". When I asked where that notary was, I was told in the back and on the phone. By then, the employees all knew that I was irate. A couple went into the back to speak to the notary but came back out to tell me he was on the phone and it would be a few more minutes. When he was finally able to help me about 10 minutes later, amazingly he also chastized me for not having made an advance appointment. As with the other employees who chastized me, I told them that I was not aware that I needed an appointment. It took the notary less than 3 minutes to notarize my document, yet I was in this Sheridan Street branch for nearly an hour. I was so disgusted that I withdrew 90% of my account balance and have since complained to Chase Corporate. THIS BRANCH HAS LOW STANDARDS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE.

Dr G W1Doesn't matter which location, rude nasty tellers like Celeste S. She took her time to acknowledge me in line. When I asked her a question, she refused to give me answer. She was very rude as if I wasnt welcomed there as a customer, and extremely insensitive to me being pregnant while she hassled me. Instead of a simple response, I had to escalate to manager for the answer. The manager tried apologizing on her behalf and said she "should have given me the answer". The manager continued to apologize after Celeste refused to give her name & information to file complaint with Chase, although I'm well aware manager knew her full name and title. JP Morgan Chase continues to demonstrate that they allow discrimination in any form to operate freely in their branches... My final straw was this last incident.

Rob Hunter1No teller, which is fine, but they don't do a good job of making sure their ATMs have cash. I had to try three before I got what I needed, and the people on site don't have the ability to fix the problem. Go elsewhere.
