Andy Barker1So, this branch does not have tellers. Just a machine to deposit withdraw money, and limited staff to open credit cards and accounts and that kind of thing. I already knew this, and this was perfect because I wanted to talk to a actual person and open an account, so no problem there. So I went to open an additional checking account. There were two employees inside. The employee said there’s no one here who can do that for me and recommended I go to a different branch. Lol! Then why are you here, and what do you do? That’s pretty much the only reason to have an actual person staffed. As I’m sitting in the parking lot writing this review, another car rolled up, a person walked inside with some papers in his hand, and immediately walked back out, like I did. I guess the employees can’t do whatever he needed to do either. This was a complete waste of time. Don’t go to this branch. Or at least call ahead first.

Kim VanderSloot1My daughter was treated very poorly by a woman employee who was supposed to be helping her with an issue with her bank card. My daughter left without the problem being taken care of. The woman argued there wasn’t a problem with her card. We made an appointment with another branch and won’t be back. Please be kind to customers. My daughter didn’t deserve that.

Cecily Shi3The staffs and managers are nice and always trying to help as soon as you walk in. The biggest thing is- if you are withdraw, cash a check, or simply deposit to your account. Avoid this location. I don’t understand the purpose of the machine when there are staffs present at the location. The wall design is horrible and make me feel that I am just an account, not a person. Hopefully they can take it down soon and have our friendly tellers back to the counters.

Joshua Zheng1Not helpful. Messed up several things with my business account and resulted it my account getting closed which created a whole mess that needed to be resolved over the phone. Also provided false and/or inaccurate information. Avoid this branch.

owen steger1Don’t come to this branch unless you are looking to waste your time. Just needed to make a simple withdrawal however there are no tellers. The only staff member there was no help, he even told me to go to a different branch, just for a withdrawal and offered no assistance.

Ness Armstrong5Although this location is changing its functions around I just encountered the most humbling customer service from Manager, Pete and the very kind bank associate on staff. I was not happy for the lack of notice provided as a repeat customer but found the info provided to myself was considered as inconsistent with their true capabilities. So without hesitation they both we’re remarkably polite and accommodating. I will still return to use this location on principle alone even despite its reorganization, and simply because of the standing merits the staff had exhibited. Even if it is just a walk in ATM at this point.

Cristhian Mosqueda3Understaffed. I went in to open an account but was told that they didn't have enough time to open an account. The place looked empty. Not sure what I was suppose to do with that. They lost my business! Review updated from 1 star to 3 because of the amazing customer service Cory provided. After having a check deposit put on hold he was knowledgable enough and went above and beyond the remove the hold on the money I needed access to on the following in order to close on a house. Cory is the best!

Tim Mayer1I would visit this location generally once a month, always great service. Last week I stopped by to find they are building a wall and removing the tellers. This location is basically becoming just an ATM. Chase clearly doesn't know or care about customers

Fred Titcombe5From the moment you walk in, they make you feel at home. This branch has gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Adrian has help with my new home loan and even impressed our Realtor. Pete, the branch manager greets everyone ! What more could you ask for in a branch!
