      Less than 60 days into having an account + a business account. I receive a letter stating Chase is closing the accounts. The reason: No one apparently can provide one.

      Not impressed with the lack of communication from multiple employees at this branch. Was looking to set up additional accounts but will not be proceeding after the way we've been treated.

      VERY POOR services. They closed my card and it was closed for a week before I noticed. The lady on the phone said they were going to keep it active and not cancel it but they did and I didn't find out til a week later. Went to the bank to confront them they said there was nothing they could do card was closed then I had to wait a whole other week for another card and I had to way to access my money for 2 weeks!!!! 2 weeks!!!! That completely screwed me on my bills and everything due to their lies and screw up. Definitely don't reccomend as they don't keep there word.

      So far so good.. I got the $200 reward for opening a new account and having my check direct deposited.. I've never been more impressed with a bank in life. They were so awesome when I signed up, they answer all my stupid questions. Love it!

      Had a check written by Chase, called and they said they could cash it for $8.00. Got to the bank and they said they couldn't cash it and gave no reason, and that was after we endorsed it. Did they run out of money?
