      I didn't have any problems but the service was slow. The staff was wonderful but I just spent too much time waiting in the bank.

      Very slow service and there can be a line of people and only 2 people helping in the bank....all I wanted was a money order from MY bank and I waited from 9:30am (they open at 9) to 10:55 JUST to get a money order and I had 2 people waiting ahead of me

      I honestly prefer to do everything online. Unfortunately I couldn't deposit the amount I had online and had to come here only to be told at 5 30pm that they dont open accounts after 5pm 🤦‍♀️ mind you I already have an account.

      Chase is the worst bank . I am constantly being over charged for stuff. I asked to have savings removed and they left it and on top of that it said I am negative 18 when I haven’t touched my card in months ? How does that work chase ?

      This bank doesnt ever pick up the phone. I have been calling every monday for 3 weeks to try to open an account and no one answers. Im taking my money to another bank. Their loss!

      It's a bank. It's a heavily trafficked area, they are usually busy. Not the cleanest, especially waiting area: stained chairs, dirty floor, and dusty. Bi-lingual teller available.
