Chase Bank Reviews

Be Bent1For many years I used Chase and was very happy. I had moved to an area where there were no branches. I left Chase, which made me very sad. I use this bank for all my banking needs. On Thursday, I went to this location since I moved back to the area thinking I could open a new account. Well, the snippy teller took my number and informed me that I would receive a call by the end of the day to make an appointment. Today is Sunday, and I never received a call. What an extremely RUDE woman. She had dark hair and pulled it back in a ponytail. I have never seen this woman thank goodness. Now I am frustrated and will need to open an account with another competitor all because this teller couldn’t do her job. I really wanted to open a Chase Premier Account. I may even close my other accounts since this branch has such an issue with calling new customers.

Heather Reed1Went on a Saturday to open a new account for my son. We were told we needed an appointment and that someone would call us to set one up. No one called. My son made an appointment online. He received a confirmation of the appointment. He went to the branch. The person was not there and he was told that he needed to call before he came to make sure the person was in the office, which is the worst customer service. We are going to go to a different branch.

Suri Reiss1I agree with reviews. I never write reviews, but had the same experience. No customer service- they told me they will call to make an appt for new accounts and never called. Terrible. Will be trying a new location and am considering leaving chase.

Roni Berg4I’ve been a Chase customer for over 40 years. I’ve never been asked to let another customer go in front of me before in my life. The teller did so at this location. In addition, I was told it would be better if I made an appointment next time. I understand my transaction was going to take longer to process than just a deposit, but I waited on line, waited my turn just like everyone else. Perhaps additional tellers should be at the counter during busier times? The situation was handled poorly.

Connecticut USA1I've been a client at Chasr for more than 20 years , today I walked in at this branch to ask about a new savings account, there were no other customers there, no one aside from the teller, a guy in a cubicle and this short-haired with glasses woman in another cubicle on the other side. The teller asked both the guy and short-haired woman if one could help, the woman got up and was very unpleasant. I totally understand that with a pandemic most times we need to make appointments for certain types of services but at least she could have manners when telling the customers they wouldn't receive them without an appointment. This woman was rude, unpolite and her customer service is horrible..

William Hildreth5Anne Marie and her team are the BEST! Going into this branch is like Cheers where everybody not only knows your name but is willing to help you. Whether you speak Lenny, Nancy, Tom or Silvio, you never walk out disappointed. It's what a small town bank should be--friendly, helpful and putting the customer first. I cannot tell you how many times I have reached out to the team for help and they have gone the extra mile for me and my business. I used to bank at a local, "small town" bank. They never came close to the level of service that this Chase branch provides consistently. WELL DONE TEAM CHASE!

Jessica Lee1I cannot believe how rude the employees are that work here, I took out money out of the ATM paying THEIR FEE and politely asked if they could quickly make change for me. The kind bank worker agreed (very nice young gentleman) and then what I assume was his manager told him to stop and refused that the worker made change because I am not an account holder - however I paid their fee for the ATM and did not give me suitable change. I walked out hearing him speak rudely to the employee and make bad comments. I have never been treated so poor or gotten such a disgusting attitude anywhere. I will never open an account or credit card with this company. After all, I did pay the ATM fee can't I at LEAST get change?

Zach D1I have to agree with the negative reviews below. When I last visited this location, I was met very a very kind young man behind the counter. However much like another review, I was then confronted by a very rude manager with a nasty attitude. All I wanted to do was to break the large bills they had dispensed from the ATM after I had paid the fee. Any inclination I may have had to open an account with them or a credit card is gone. I would rather go to the ATM at the gas station that takes 5 minutes, than pay them for any service. From what I can tell below, they need new management.

Bash El-Bashary5We've been to this branch 3 times now, and the staff are always eager and willing to help. We deal with Wendy every time and she's an absolute star.
