King Dingaling1This is the worst branch Iv ever been to. The staff with the exception of 2 people the gentlemen that makes appointments and another gentlemen teller the rest just have attitudes, obviously don’t know how to treat customers, rude, and nasty. Don’t make appointments here you will not be happy at the end of it even if you finally get to do what you where trying to do for 2, TWO, yes 2 months to just add my wife to my account. She doesn’t have credit cards or things like that she has her id and a store credit card and a state issued id but still that wasn’t good enough at this branch no worries went to another branch and we were in and out in 5 minutes

Cailin Mattera1Horrible branch. I believe I was speaking with an employee named Fatima? Anyway, I went there with my now ex-fiance to separate our joint account, because I was worried he was going to steal my money. I told her my concerns and how important this situation was, and she gave me the go ahead once the accounts were separated (or so she told me) that it was safe to put my money back in and I could leave. So I did that, and then a week later my ex emptied my bank account, I had to make a police report and everything. Went back to this chase and spoke with Fatima again, and she told me that he changed his mind after I left and therefore still had access to the account? True or not, my ex ended up telling me SHE gave him this idea after I had already left. So anyway, she told me when I went back that I needed to have closed the account entirely for him to not have access. I asked her why she didn’t tell us this when we were there to separate the account especially when she was told the situation, and she basically told me that’s not her problem. So I closed the account, made a new one and she told me I could just connect my current debit card to this new account and save the trouble of waiting on a new one. After all was done, I left, thinking things were good and to no surprise, my debit card doesn’t work. I went to a different chase and they told me it’s not even possible to connect the card to the new account, so I’m not sure what Fatima was talking about. Total incompetence, I have never been more appalled at customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

kristin Esposito1The worst customer service you could experience in any industry. 0 people skills and extremely rude. I highly recommend you go anywhere else but here. No wonder all the locations are closing.... be happy you have a job and give good customer service. And if you cant be nice because you dont like your job... do everyone a favor and quit.

g joe1Came all the way here just to not have the ATM work. There’s an ATM right in the lobby but they don’t have access 24 hours. What a waste of time.

Michelle Diaz1This branch is so slow. No matter what time I come in to make a transaction I'm there for at least ten to fifteen minutes. It also smells like a bathroom in there, that's coming from me and a few of my employers whom have no choice in using another branch. Also you would think the drive thru teller would be quicker, it is the opposite. There is always a line even when there are no cars out front for in person banking. Worst Chase branch to do business with.

Stefan Greene1I went to this branch this morning seeking help regarding an account that I wanted closed. I had all proper documentation as far as closing this account. Needless to say I did not get the help I came there seeking besides having a VERY RUDE employee throwing her two cents in!! I should have reported her to manager NEVER WILL BE BACK!

Jessica Nelson1Waited over 30 minutes to be seen. Very slow. $12 a month in fees for checking account. Go to Teachers Federal. Edit to add the manager told me to go to another branch since I asked why the wait was so long. The building had this terrible smell to it.

Richard Averso1Went to this branch to get something notorized job related for the new york city police department and what a disgusting attitude and horrible experience. Refused to notarize my paper because she stated i needed a separate sheet which the nypd did not accept. I explained this to the lady and still did not notorize and went to staple a form and i had to pull form out of her hand so she did not screw form up. Went to peoples united bank and what a great experience. Will never go to chase again

Nick Rocco1This is by far the worst chase on Long Island, possibly even New York. If you're looking to do anything with your money, take it elsewhere. This branch specifically has brought me nothing but issues. Trust a google maps review and take your money elsewhere.
