  Was informed to come back couple of times to open a bank account and to get documents notarized. Finally had setup an appointment and went there. The teller was looking exactly for driving license as an ID which I didn’t have yet. Then he informed that he will not accept the passport and US visa as a “valid ID”. Was flabbergasted to hear that he will not accept the valid US visa as a valid document for verification.

  The best banking experiences I have ever had. During multiple visits without an appointment, the team was very friendly, respectful and professional. No task was too small to help with and I would like to especially highlight Richard Ragoobar for all the support to my wife and I.

  These branch decide instead you, to whom you want to speak. They send to check with a teller to avoid having you seat down with bankers or relationship manager.

  I think I'll start off with the fact that they handed me 2 FAKE $100 BILLS and argued with me at the teller's Rather not they were real or not refusing to check even the manager refused to check after 20 minutes of arguing they finally checked all 3 bills 2 OF THE 100 BILL WERE INDEED FAKE. But wait there's MORE!!!!! Went here agian counted my 27 twenty dollar bills 4 times in my truck walked in asked to break them in to smaller bills only to be told I had only 500$ I handed the I sick and tired of this DO NOT EVER GO HERE AND LEAVE YOUR MONEY OR EXCHANGE PS not a thing was said to me went I said let me when I calmly brought up your count is off instead of arguing I calmly left and asked for my money

  We’ve had a great experience with Chase and the staff here. In particular, Richard Ragoobar has been proactive, attentive and responsive to all our needs. The staff at the teller windows are friendly and efficient. We feel valued as customers and welcomed whenever we visit the branch and the digital banking platform is excellent.

  I went into this location Tuesday regarding an issue with my debit card. After being burned by the customer service line it was refreshing to receive genuine help in the branch! I received my debit card 1 day after it was ordered and I wasn’t inconvenience during the wait for it. The young woman (personal banker) that assisted me, I forgot her name, was very helpful! I will definitely do all business in the branch verses the 1-800 #.

  Chase has a wonderful customer service and very well-trained staff. They are very generous with their time and really respectful. I have never left this branch disappointed! Very organized and professional!

  Mostly competent workers were polite and attentive. One of the greeters danced to himself he was so happy to work there! When one teller couldn't handle my request, Yesi was able to give her the confidence to continue. Transaction was a fast success! No issues four stars

  This Chase Branch on 1490 Eldridge is the most useless Chase Branch I have ever been to in my life! I just opened my new business few months ago. I drove by this Chase Branch and tried to open a business account at this location. However, the banker told me that Chase won’t be able to open an account for my business due to the business practice. I did not believe what the banker had told me. I tried to open a business account with another branch which is only few miles away. I presented the same documents to another branch. My account was opened in 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time in this useless branch!
