Brian Ahearn5Love the crew at this branch! I've visited 3 times in the last 2 months, and each time I've been met immediately with a smile and courteous, professional interactions. They always offer water or coffee while I wait for my transaction to be taken care of. While waiting (shortly), I've also had some nice conversations with the employees. I'm also impressed with the ATMs (take deposits of checks and cash without envelopes, and you can use your phone as your debit card to access them). Great branch, thanks!

Melissa Morancy1I called this location asking if they had a notary and was told they did and they'd see me later. When I arrived I was told that they only have a notary for Chase customers. Which is a fine rule, but ask that question to the person on the phone so they don't waste time coming to your location.

T A1Chase service lacks caring for customers. Phone customer service is terrible. On different occasions when speaking on phone they asked to call back another day because they couldn’t send verification text to a phone number that is on file already. Next day when called in they didn’t even need to send a text. Same scenario different outcome. And get this. I was owed a certain amount back from a charge on my credit card. I email from the merchant specifying I’d be getting a credit for the said amount within 10 business days. I didn’t. But when I tried to dispute with chase about it the rep at first seemed to want to get info then says they can’t take dispute for it and has to be dealt with merchant directly. Not worth having a relationship with Chase.

Frank Clownman1Chase bank took $11,000 from my business. A customer came in with a counterfeit credit card, and the transaction was successful. Chase bank and Blue Swipe approved the transaction, instead of flying a red flag and contacting us and the real cardholder. Chase bank gave us the money back at first, saying our case was legit and had a real case of stolen identity. Chase bank brought in a 3rd party, Visa, for arbitration, to take the money back and say we were at fault. Someone at Chase obviously made the decision to do this for the sole reason of taking our money unlawfully. If you want a bank that will not protect your business from scammers, then by all means, Choose Chase! Choose Chase! Choose to be Broke!

Dalton5The staff helped me with currency exchange before and after my trip and were delightful. They remembered me. Asked about my trip, and were just all around pleasant to deal with! Thank you so much. Also I loved the ATMs that separate the bills you need.

Merisha Beckham1All I'm going to say is I feel bad for teenagers trying to open up an account and learn about savings and how to manage savings because I'm 25 and still learning and they wouldn't give me no help the Navy Yard location or the anacostia location is a good choice for me me just opening up a bank account with them was not good I would rather be with Bank of America
