Anthony Jay5The best banking experience I’ve had. They have been extremely kind & helpful as I collect the documents I need for a home lender. Service is extremely quick as well.

Scott Bacon1Not only is there customer service a joke but they're actual ability to perform a service is severely limited. I needed to pull some cash and finding a bank that actually has people in it right now is a problem, and I spent three hours with customer service on the phone trying to increase the daily limit on my ATM withdrawal so that I wouldn't have to worry about finding a bank with employees. go to this Chase pull up to the drive thru fill out it with the draw slip and give them my debit card so they can more easily find my account because I didn't have my account number of memorized, I've probably done this more than 30 times in the last 10 years that I've been a Chase customer. After two tellers interact with me in the drive-up I'm informed that I must come inside so they can swipe my card and I can enter my pin in order to get the money out of the account because that's what her system is telling her needs to happen. when I remark to the man who may or may not be the manager on duty in the bank at 4:00 p.m. on October 28th, that I've never had to do that in order to get cash out of my checking account he gets this," I'm a snotty brat who doesn't know what customer service is" expression on his face while he says,"thanks for the feedback".there are too many other Chase locations who understand what good customer service is for me to ever enter this location again I'll be shocked if this location isn't closed.

Christina D'Elia5I opened up a chase saving account with this location. I didn't wait long at all. I barely pulled out my phone before I was greeted and brought to a desk. I believe his name was Edward, very polite and patient gentleman. Answered all my questions, made it to easy and painless. I usually have anxiety with these situations, I am not a risk taker. I just got a follow up call from him even, never had anyone care about me after I left the building like that. I know I am banking with the right people and even the location.

Gixxer Mike1If you care about your vehicle and/or a financial institution who considers how their facilities are designed to make depositing/withdrawing your hard earned money as seamless as possible, this is not a bank you want to do business with. If you care about a response from a District Manager, Mona Hingorani (specifically), to address your concerns, don't hold your breath. On two occasions (over two years), I have sustained damage to my car due to the layout of their drive-through and their refusal to mark/identify obstacles effectively (really, to identify them at all). I have had to spend more money than what I took my time to deposit because I took a trip to the poorly designed drive through and because of their inability/refusal to assist or even respond. Even if they can't assist, they should respond to all of their clients no matter the tenure of the relationship. You are trusting this business (in the customer service industry) with the fruits of your labor and they are fine to take your money but not to assist with a real problem; that's pathetic. Mona (the district manager I was referred to for assistance) has ignored my calls after over a decade of doing business with this company. If you don't need anything (ever) from your bank, this one might work for you. If you expect a response to a legitimate problem, don't do business here.

CHLOE BROUGHTON1I constantly have problems at this branch. It must be Chase's new hire training location. I deposit my check from work here every other Friday. They (almost) always make $200 available and hold the rest until the next day. After 6 months one day they decide to hold it all until the following Monday?? And when I made my most recent deposit, despite having sent my debit card and drivers license to the teller he deposited my check into someone else's account. Now I am sitting here on a Saturday, fighting to get my money back!!

Sihyung Park1Wow I guess I'm not surprised at the rating for this bank and all the problems with the branch manager. I'll spare all the details but that branch manager guy has some mental problems. Even the person I was working with apologized about his behavior and explained this happens frequently. I got the phone number of his manager "Mona" and she never called me back after several attempts to reach her. That actually explains it all (worst online rating I've ever seen for a bank). I'll be making some changes away from this place.

Sang duong1This branch manager is horrible and rude. I came in to file paperworks for a Heloc and ask her politely to make a copy of my drivers license and she told me: "sir sit down and someone will be with you!" Because she is so busy getting coffee, she can't be bothered. My wife and I are closing our accounts and taking our business to US Bank.

Tobe3161I went to this branch simply to get change, and the female employee on 6/18 at 2PM was completely and utterly unprofessional. I have been a customer with chase for nearly 20 years and have never encountered such a rude and unpleasant person. I went so far as to ask to speak to a manger, and she claimed that she WAS the manager! Needless to say, I'll avoid this branch moving forward.

laurie1This bank, as with all Chase banks, makes “errors” and accepts no responsibility. Find a credit union and let’s put these criminal entities on notice. Yes, criminals- 6 billion in fines, for causing the last crash and fraud against the judicial system with their fake documents. The person at the front at this branch is incompetent- unable to explain their "errors" with escrow. GO CREDIT UNION.

Steve Richards1The most useless excuse for customer service EVER! The manager is a complete MORON! I keep a ridiculous amount of money in Chase and the employees here(especially the manager) treat you like complete garbage. They hide behind that wall of bullet proof glass from where they are perfectly willing to espouse their rude behavior. I am certain that this place has had MANY problems in the past as this is the one and only Chase Bank of many around the US that I have used, that hides its imbecilic employees behind a wall of protection and yet is in an upscale neighborhood. Pathetic business practices from incompetent fools. This place needs a complete and total house cleaning of employees and most of all the pea wit management. What kind of company employs a complete staff of such complete fools? IDIOTS!
