  Constantly having to go to the ATM in Beckley WV to withdrawal cash. Seems like the ATM is always down. No one will ever answer me when I call.

  They'd be alot better bank if their ATM wasn't always out of service or they would answer their phones. You can call this branch 35 times and they won't answer once

  I'm only giving this particular bank two stars because the employees are very nice. But somebody answer the freaking phone! I hate calling the 1-800 number and getting somebody foreign who doesn't understand a word I'm saying. And I swear y'all should be paying my ATM fees since I always have to go to a different ATM... The one in oak Hill never works

  It's a good bank, no problems so far. Only issue I have is they don't have a drive up. They drive up ATM doesn't even have a cash deposit or a check deposit. It's easier for people with children to have drive-up access.

  Love all the girls there. So friendly and helpful. But whoever's job it is to answer the phone is sadly lacking at their job. No matter what day or time I try to call NO ONE ever answers the phone. And I mean calling constantly....hang up call again, hang up call again. for like a half hour at a time. I'm sorry but they aren't so busy that they can't answer the phone!!!!

  I guess the people that work at this Chase do not understand that when you leave the green light on, you're supposed to help service people to drive up to the window. A note to chase in General, their experience is always very impersonal. You can't even see through the main teller window.

  Had to close my account since they started closing at 5pm and I didn't get out of work until 5pm. I have called and written complaints which were never answered.

  Very friendly and helpful people working there. Lots of technology upgrades. The chase will fee you to death though.
