  Absolutely abhorrent service. Not just at this Chase but chase as a whole is awful. Account was restricted and locked for literally no reason and in the middle of my meeting the lady I spoke to said she couldn’t help me anymore and to come back later because she was going on lunch. I would give this location and Chase as a whole zero stars if I could. Whole company should go bankrupt. The phone service was even worse, waited in a queue for an hour only to give someone my information then be placed back in another 20 minute queue which didn’t even get me back anyone on the phone and I woke up the next day my whole account was just gone.

  Wow I saw a lot of negative reviews I I I just left the review because I said this is the best bank in every way deposits business checking financial investing it’s been the best bank I’ve ever been to and I’ve been banking a long time I am so sorry people had bad experiences I have no idea I hate every other bank

  Answered the phone quickly. Stated they do not have a change counter and that I needed to roll my coins before bringing them in. Not sure how necessary that is, seeing as you’ll have to count what’s in the rolls to confirm they’re accurate. All chase banks should have change counters, you’re a very large corporation.

  Leaving a star because I don’t have the option for zero. Opened a business account June 5th, still haven’t received my card in the mail....it’s July 1st. Instead of helping me, they supply me with steps to fix my own issue. To top it off, they barely answer the phone.

  I saw a lot of complaints for this bank I’ve been here numerous times and didn’t have a problem one of the staff there even took there time to help me setup my card on my phone so I don’t have to use my card just take my phone place it next to the scanner on the door if it’s lock and the door unlocks just like if you’re using your card same for the atm machine makes your transaction way faster

  Incredibly rude staff. Wouldn’t cash a check for me drawn on a Chase account, even though 2 days earlier I was able to deposit online the exact same type of check. You should consider visiting another branch. Or better yet, do what I did, walk next door to the Citibank and open an account there.

  Totally understand COVID Pandemic but there’s a long line and a security guard blocking the door and causing a bigger line outside of the establishment. 2 tellers working a big bank, is not SMART! The management can’t help you or even fit you in if you’re trying to give their establishment money. I would go to a different location it’s not worth the frustration. Also, if a woman online yells at someone that “there’s a line” when you are the worker at the establishment do your job and mention that it’s not her job to speak to other guests. Also, go outside and greet all members and ask why they’re all here so this way the line moves smoother and faster. Need to learn professionalism here.

  All the precautions they are taking are understandable. But to not have the atm machine buttons cleaned on a constant basis is ridiculous. The buttons were basically black, the dust and dirt I could see in between the buttons were gross.

  The branch now opens 30 minutes later because if covid. You would assume for additional cleaning but the place is filthy. The ATMs have a layer of dirt and grime in all of the corners. Really disgusting that they use an excuse of a public health crisis to reduce staffing. Last chance Jamie Dimon.
