  Horrid place my brother went in there to cash a Focus and Testing check made out to cash. I’ve been in there over 5 years and never had a problem with no fee. Because my brother has tattoos Sara charged him 8.00 and when he asked for check back they refused. Then a guy came out threatening to call the cops on my brother and got in his face. I will now close my account.

  I have been a chase customer for 8 years but I’m going to be closing my account. I’ve had so much trouble this year with broken chips on my cards. First I asked for a replacement card and it never worked at all in any chip reader. I came into this location to see if they could help me but they pretty much refused to help and sent me away. I went online and ordered a new card myself but now that one isn’t working either. These piece of garbage cards have caused me endless embarrassment and frustration. Their fraud prevention is absolute garbage as well. When someone stole my card info and ordered stuff to a completely different address from my billing info, chase was nowhere to be found, but when I visit an ATM 3 miles from my home address, my account gets locked somehow. I’m going to be taking my money out of this account and going to a different bank because this is ridiculous. I won’t recommend this bank to anyone. Don’t get a new card here because it’s probably not going to work, and you’ll have to struggle in the grocery line in front of a bunch of people, or miss a concert because your card won’t work at the parking kiosk. Take it from me people!!!!

  This review is specific to this location and their staff. On a Saturday, about noon, no other customers in sight, and we had a document that needed to be notarized. We were refused because apparently, appointments are needed for this service, which is nowhere noted. After escalating it to the banker, who again, had no customers in line, they refused due to no appointment. A 5 minute effort on their part, would have satisfied a long time customer, instead of the negative review. Some people should not be working in the service industry.

  Hey folks! This info is essential: Chase is the worst bank ever!! I just read that JP Morgan Chase has funded over $196 billion dollars to the fossil fuel industry since the Paris Agreement. This is simply unacceptable. We need to be divesting from all fossil fuels, not funding new fossil fuel projects.

  I have been to many chase branch. This is the only chase branch that I call home. The staff are amazing the branch manager is exceptional. Everyone of them are a true gem and hope the company appreciate them.

  Nobody knows what they are talking about! I spend two of my working mornings to resolve the problem on my business account and left with tears...The Branch Manager brought me an educational tutorial, what personal banker should know instead of example of right document or any explanations what should a proper way to do. They embarrased me and made me fill really bad! This bank sucked really bad!

  Inefficient, unorganized and slow, slow, slow banking. Takes multiple days for transactions to process. Other banks are INSTANT. Go elsewhere. Nothing but a headache at Chase.

  The teller was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, but opening an account here takes some time, not really fast process.

  Really like the staff here, they make you feel comfortable about your account and give you options , don’t leave things out they tell you everything that’s going on and what you need to know.
