  The new branch team is very helpful. Definitely better to set appointment to avoid waiting. Plenty of parking, drive up is open if needed. They have plexi set up, masks on, and feels clean inside.

  i went in today for business help! just a quick question. and the banking person would not help me. said she goes on appointment only. she was not doing anything at the time.. they made me feel worse that i was already feeling trying to handle my business. I just moved here and i thought being from a smaller town it would be easier to bank. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chase should be ashamed they are represented like this. time to bank elsewhere ! i have been a loyal customer for 10 years

  If i could rate this shady bank lower i would. Coustomer service is bad they never fix problems they direct you to a 800 number which will not at all help you. You'll have better luck keeping your money under your bed in a box.

  I would rate this branch lower if I could. Horrible customer service and extremely rude staff! Take your money and time to another branch that treats their banking customers better.

  This bank needs a drive thru ATM. It can be difficult to do quick transactions especially if you have kids.
