  Easy to find and plenty of parking. I typically go around lunch time and they always have a ton of people ready. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Definitely my favorite branch in the area.

  I love this chase bank! They have a wonderful staff and I was able to set up several accounts through the FH location. They have all the up to date equipment allowing for customers and users to use the ATM whenever wanted.

  The reason i give this a 1 Star is because of the manager there. Blond woman called Adrianne. I went there the other day and she asked me if I had my debit card. I told her that I don’t use a debit card she was harrasing me to get a debit card which I declined and I was there because I Needed some service done on my account!!! I felt that her only concern was to pressure me into getting a product. I felt like I was not important to her and the only importance was to sign up and get a product with chase. She is unprofessional and does not care about how clients feel. I would never go back there again. Horrible experience and level of service.
