Chase Bank Reviews

Tessa Surgenor2Last week, I was treated very poorly by an employee by the name of Laura when calling in. I have been a long time customer of Chase bank and am considering taking my business elsewhere. I was looking to add my husband to my checking and savings accounts and called in to see if there was someone specific that had to complete this or if any employee could. I was also calling out of courtesy to inform them that because of my husband’s new job and location, we wouldn’t be able to make it in until roughly 4:45-4:50. She immediately suggested coming another day because they didn’t have the staff to accommodate this request so late in the day to stay after hours, but could do so possibly that Friday. She also explained it would take 30-35 minutes. I advised that we were not able to come another day and would be arriving prior to closing; no customer should ever be turned away for business matters if showing up before closing time. Had I not called and just shown up, would they have told me to leave? I was appalled by her response. After multiple times of being placed on hold, she stated that they would make it work as long as we arrived at 4:45-4:50. We showed up at the time we stated we would and had everything completed within 15 minutes. When leaving, someone sarcastically said to have a great day and then laughed as we were walking out. Not ok! I’ve worked at a bank and in customer service and have ran into this same issue with customers arriving at the end of the day. It’s never fun, but it’s something that happens no matter where you work when in customer service. Sometimes it cannot be helped and that was the case for this situation. I wouldn’t have a job if I tried refusing service prior to closing time.

WeAreUnity5Hello to Chase Bank To Manager, Please have the enormous pot holes in the alley fixed. When pulling out from the ATM, they have to be navigated to keep from ruining the suspension on my car. Thank you
