  Avoid! They don't even bother opening new accounts after 3:45pm. "Manager" Karlo is very rude along with single banker they have.

  The manager, Chandra, is friendly and attentive. Likewise for the staff who always seem highly motivated to provide good and friendly service. Time flies but I think Chandra has been there around 5 years, not a WA Mutual holdover. Lately there has been substantial turnover amongst the employees and I wonder as to the cause.

  Karlo was very friendly and efficiently helped me with a checking account issue I couldn’t solve online. He even helped me get to the bottom of a separate hold up I had regarding a claim that I wasn’t even going to mention. I left feeling very taken care of!

  Don't even bother. Travis doesn't have the courage to talk on the phone to tell people in person your not getting a mortgage loan. This is not the kind of customer service you'd expect or pay the high banking fees for, nor is it professional. I have called 2 times and left messages. We have been waiting several days when we were told it was supposed to be going to underwriting Monday, its Friday. Try Homestreet bank they have actual customer service. I will be closing my chase Amazon account asap. I refuse to do business with a company that can't even be professional enough to return a call. 1 star because you can't give 0

  What I like about Chase as a financial institution is: 1. They provide free business and personal checking account to veterans and those on active duty. I know because I have both. 2. You can download two years of checking or savings transactions for free into QuickBooks, Quicken, and Excel. Something that my clients who I set up, review, and train in those accounting and bookkeeping software programs appreciate. 3. They offer a variety of credit cards for everyone. I like earning 5% cash back in different categories each quarter like gas, groceries, Amazon, and wholesale clubs on my Chase Freedom card. 4. Unlike other banks, they are usually open real hours of 9-6 M-F and 10-2 on Saturday. 5. Their website is always working. 6. Zelle payment is easy to send and receive money with. Better than PayPalless. The only downside is that credit cards can be downloaded in both programs and Excel for three statements plus the current transactions or 120 days. American Express for example can go back as far as 15-18 months. If you are one of my clients that wants to start a file in the middle of the year, that doesn’t work. They need to let folks download credit cards for the same amount of time as the banking side. This location has plenty of parking and is located by a mini shopping mall.

  Standard Chase bank. Good location, easy to access.
