  I attempted to open a Business Checking account on 1/8/2020 and was told by the teller a Business Branch Manager was not available and to leave my information so they would contact me. It's 1/9/2020 and no one reached out, no one answers the phone and I'm completely dumbfounded as to how they expect to retain business under these conditions. What a horrible first impression.

  If they treat their Private Banking clients as poorly as they did me I can't imagine how awful they are to everyone else. Avoid like the plague; there are too many better options to waste your time here.

  This is the former location of the Jerry Lewis Restaurant from 1961-1964. Later in the 70s it was the Classic Cat topless club. Billed as the largest topless club in the west.

  This is the first bank I ever used when I moved here #WaMu. This location is difficult to pull into if going west bound in Hollywood. Mostly I use the ATM
