  The bank here is a bit more welcoming then a normal chase branch that you would come across but that's not saying to much. The staff is kind of friendly but you can tell they really are just watching the clock to leave. Overall it's a ok branch.

  I have always received great service at Carpinteria branch. Fast, efficient and knowledgeable staff. I'm usually last customer of the day. This bank closes at 6:00 p.m. and fits great in my schedule. It is great that they know you by name!

  Branch is small, but mighty BIG with personable, helpful staff -who greet everyone with a friendly smile and by their name. Manger is friendly and always available.

  Came in to open an account. What disorganized schedule with such a short staff. How does this place survive on pay day. No one in the bank but one person. Wow! Who's running this place? Really? I've waited over 40 min. Horrible horrible. Stay away if you're in a hurry.

  Closed 15 minutes early on payday. Watched all the bankers leave and not one of them could help. I am so frusterated.
