  Ive been banking here for years, the customer service just isn't there anymore as far as the lobby personnel. Very rude.

  Would give zero if I could. Went in to open an account. Told I could either open on online or make an appointment next week with a banker! Only one "personal banker"! Not very personal! Don't waste your time here. Obviously don't need the business.

  The worst bank in the world where they close your account without giving you an explanation, in the midst of a pandemic they closed the account where my husband and I received our unemployment check, if you want a bank find one where you really care where you do not lack the respect neither you nor your family
