      Never go to this branch. U can go to this branch only if u like to get insulted by the staff. They don’t respect the customers waiting although I entered the branch at exact 9 am, still they told me to wait for 1 hour and started taking other clients who came after me . The branch manager in this branch don’t know even the ABC of banking . I left the branch and went to hylan boulevard chase and the branch manager was a wonderful lady their . She helped me resolve the issue right away and I am thankful to her.

      I went to this branch on 8/16/21. The only personal Banker available was Marlene Domina. This lady was so disrespectful, rude and condescending!!! She spoke to me like she believed I was beneath her. When I finally asked her in the same tone she was using with me to stop speaking to me like that and she realized I was tired of her disrespecting me, she tried to lower her voice and act like I misunderstood her tone. I left and went to the Forest Ave branch and met a wonderful lady that helped me with all my banking needs. I will file an official complaint against Marlene Domina NMLS ID:1138539

      Great location and reliable services! Due to some personal circumstances I needed notary services more than I thought, notary service is always available unlike in other branches, all the staff and tellers are very friendly and helpful! Especially thankful for Michael Daly, he had helped me with account services and many times notary services in the past few years, always professionally and very patieny, super helpful!

      Stopped in to get a notary signature on a single document. I was told they were too busy and to come back Friday. 3 employees behind the counter, 2 other customers. I may not work in finance anymore, but last I checked 2+1=3. Thanks a lot.

      Bank had updated technology to dispense small bills out of the ATM. This avoids seeing the teller, always a quick and easy banking experience with Chase. In this branch they have an armed guard at night, which is smart. Love banking here, this is my usual branch.

      Great bank just wished staten island had more branches . This one in particular I've never waited on line . Lots of atms and the workers are alway friendly.

      Staff is very unprofessional. Whenever I have to make a withdrawal they make sure that everyone in the bank knows the amount, which is completely unacceptable. The few times I went there I felt very unsafe. Not to mention that through the window they start asking personal questions that are not part of banks policy and are completely unacceptable. Today was my last straw and I'm never returning there again. On top of that I'm hoping to report them to the main branch because nothing has been fixed within last 2 years.

      Honestly the best experience I've ever had with a bank, specifically Bill Rentas. He genuinely cares about his clientele and always goes the extra mile to help you out. We don't even live in NYC anymore and he still calls us to check in.
