  I just sat around for 30 mins to find out "we have a problem". Apparently there is anew policy that this person forgot to look at a d never checked. You cannot deposit bonds until a year. I am less than 3 weeks shorts (march 24) so rather then tell me this ahead of time my time was wastes, my bonds were signed and crossed out and I am using td down the street. If I could remove my home loan from chase I would.

  I like chase but this chase branch's staff need to be trained. Doesnt deserve to serve Chase Private Client customers. Not competent at all. Had the unpleasant encounter with Edward, not helpful at all. Had to drive to NYC to get a 5 stars service. Thanks to Dawn at NYC Madison branch.

  Every time I go into this branch, I see staffers engrossed in their cell phones, and I have to interrupt to get their attention. Also I rarely see the same face twice, except for one of the tellers who seems to stick around through the years. After I was forced to drive to the Chase in Franklin Lakes (because the Oakland Chase informed us unapologetically that they do not have a notary), I suddenly realized that it is possible to have a friendly banking atmosphere where the staff show a genuine interest in their customers' satisfaction experience. It was then that I realized that Oakland Chase does the bare minimum, in a cold, computer-like fashion. From now on I will drive the extra distance to Franklin Lakes.

  The only person who can help me is chatting with a ‘customer’. Oh what’s going on with your life, how are the kids, how’s the house.... it keeps going on and on, and rest of staff refused to let her know that there’s other customers waiting for REAL banking business. This is 2018, people hardly have to step into a bank, you should really re-assess your business if your customer still have to wait for over 10min to be serviced on a Friday afternoon.

  What a phenomenal bank! I’m so glad I switched to Chase. They have the best customer service, it’s always a pleasure to stop by the Oakland branch whenever I have a problem or question.

  Worst bank branch ever... avoid at all costs... Not an actual bank just a glorified atm building... should be closed it is waste of fiscal assets

  The staff at this branch is top notch !!!! they always go above and beyond to help every customer. BEST CHASE BRANCH AROUND

  David the new manager corrected a problem I had that no one else offered to help at other locations . Great manager

  This is by far the worst chase I have been to , there is never a banker to help
