      Horrible customer service woman spoke down to me as if I didn’t understand what she was talking about. Chase claims to protect you and your money but that’s not true!

      This is a fairly new bank but love convenience of drive thru, atm located at entrance, or personal banking man as gets for questions/ complex issues. Staff friendly. Easy access Beach Blvd/ Whittier Blvd.

      I can’t believe this branch can’t open. 6/8/2020, everything is opening now. The La Habra branch is crazy busy and they can’t seem to add anyone to make faster.

      They did not give me the change that I required for my company just for not justifying if my company has an account in chase being that previously I went and they gave me change presenting my personal chase account ... for the next one put a sign that requires a document to justify !
