  They don't give you as much as they should for a loan on gold and silver but the staff is really friendly....after this review I was called back and told I could come back(after hours!)and they would take another look and give me a better loan amount. That was going above and beyond and I'll never go anywhere else now!

  Best pawn shop I have ever been to!! Everyone is really helpful and nice and I found exactly what I needed!! Every item they have is clean especially there shiny jewelry I would definitely recommend going to Charlie’s Pawn to find whatever you need!!😊😊👍

  I have dealt with charlies since charlie was running it, they have always offered exceptional service and stood behind the products they sold with a gaurantee. I feel important inside their facility, they put the customer first and handle any discrepancies with the utmost professionalism and respect that you'd expect from any company, new or old. Practiced values of a pawn store veteran are what to expect.

  I'm always on the search for the hidden gem coin shop that no one knows about. That's a lot more challenging to find with the internet these days, though. Recently stopped into Charlie's to see if they had any coins. Their selection was limited, if not borderline non-existent. I won't knock stars for the lack of coins, though, as that's pretty common for a pawn shop. That said, the rest of the store was your average pawn shop: pretty dated, largely unorganized, and mostly somewhat-inflated like-new prices for mediocre and worn items. Nothing really stood out to me as a reason to return. They might be a better option for locals looking to make a quick buck or put something up on pawn, but as an out-of-towner looking to kill some time and find something interesting, this wasn't the place for me. Also worth noting, in the 15 minutes or so I was in the store, I wasn't offered any assistance. Great for me, since I was just browsing, but it never hurts to ask if your customers need help finding something.
