If I could give Charles 0 stars I would. He was extremely slow on asking and filing documents. He was rude, slandered our name to the listing agent, misfiled our documents. We were in contract for a house for over 90 days and him or his boss still we’re not able to perform their jobs correctly to be able to close on our house. Be careful to anyone who is given Charles as their mortgage lender with regions.

Very friendly always answers never have to be transfered. I'm never rushed. They enjoy their customers. Unlike some other Banks I know, NOT mentioning any names. Ur greeted at the door. I've only been there a short time but I feel very comfortable with them so far. All banks will show their true colors after u have been established an been there a while. Let's hope that these guys are different. Positive thoughts an thinking here. Yeah Regions👍🏼✋🤟🏼📣🥳
