  If i could give it a 0 I would. This place has the most horrible employees working there. How do you just loose articles that were pawn? I went to collect the item and paid them off. And I'm being told they cant find them. Whats their solution? that i can pick anything else plus 2 grams more of gold. Well since they are not friendly and not willing to cooperate let see what consumer affair have to say for unethical business.

  Best Pawn shop ever!!! Great customer service, I highly recommend this place. I been a customer here for more than 10 years when I pawn my jewelry always get the maximum price and the interest in not high like the other shops around the area. I also buy my jewelry here way cheaper than Jewelry stores I love their Lay-away plan there’s no pressure to paid it off just monthly payments and no problem..

  The Worst Pawn shop ive been to. The lady was SUPER Rude! They offer INSANELY CHEAP Prices for Good conditioned items. This place needs improvement both with the staff & the looks. Place is Dirty & unprofessional. The rest of the Pawn Shops in Florence are waaay better! Never Returning & Im Sure im not the only one who isnt.

  Ive been dealing with them for more than 8 years to me their awesome because when they lend me is not buy the weight of my gold because ive been a faithdul customer they ask me how much do i need and to me this goes along way and i honestly like that about them the owner lady has always been so nice and supportive to my needs and has had compassion towards me in my times of emergency money needs thank you all at charles pawn shop to me you guys will always be the best all of you including workers and ownership thank you and have a great day.

  got here at 6:30 it says they close at 7 we asked to go in and they denied us the entrance

  Bad customer service at (CHARLES) Pawn Shop I called and the girl answer she was so rude she hanged up on me twice just for asking for some information from my grandma with her stuff was due she said her stuff was lost I will never recommend anybody to come to this Pawn Shop horrible customer service they need to have good service not bad service we have our money there they survive with our money!!!!!!!!!!!

  This place will tell you when you try to redeem your items "the manager is NOT here return tomorrow. They do this to try to keep your items. Beware this shop are thieves. You have been warned.

  Very good experience.. Good prices and flexible payments. I have been going to this place for several years, I wear my jewelry to pawn and go shopping. Highly recommended.
