  I want to start by saying that Felicia Gist is a Rockstar. Not only is her professionalism outstanding, but her she goes above and beyond. From the very beginning she made sure we understood the process and took the time to explain every detail. She was always available to answer any questions we had. With all these uncertainties we are faced with, Felicia was always honest and very truthful. Her customer service skills are phenomenal!! If I had to rate her from a 1 to 10 she is a 15! We are so thankful and blessed that Felicia is one who helped with the purchase of our home.
