  Jessica McFalls went out of her way to help me the first day I was a member with multiple different tasks. Her response time was so quick! I want to know what kind of coffee she drinks.. maybe that's it. GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE!!!!! Such a fantastic experience with Champion so far, happy to be a member.

  Jessica McFaul is amazing! I was unable to travel to Asheville, and she was very friendly and patiently guided me through the process of transferring my car loan online to CCU from a bank and setting up automatic deductions so I won't have to worry about missing my payments. These days you certainly don't get that kind of personal service from a bank!

  Jessica with Arden ccu is hands down AWESOME! She very professional and got me refinanced and my truck I’m my name in less then 24 hours! No hassle no hidden anything.   Jessica McFalls really help us get a loan to get us out of high interest rate loan. She did everything she could to help us and it was greatly appreciated. We do plan on coming back to get her help with a car loan.
