Marissa Flores4update was able to get a hold of a live person lrma and was so friendly and able to help me with my needs and concerns! thank you I’ve been calling to make my last payment with them and they just keep on hanging up on my or sending me to a voicemail call back again a lady answer and transfer me then they hang up on me... 😡😡😡 I’ve always used the online service but I made A payment and says that I’ve never made one when the money was taken out of my account already.

Idolina Perez1BEWARE!!!! My name is Idolina Perez and I financed my 2012 Jeep Liberty with Challenge Financial. I NEVER once missed a payment and NEVER once made a late payment. On January 19, 2021, I actually paid my account off early in one full final payment and was informed via email by Olivia Cervantes to please allow 30-45 days to receive my vehicle's title. I SPECIFICALLY requested and reminded Olivia to stop my automatic payments since the account was paid in full. On February 3, 2021, my account was AGAIN debited for a monthly payment. Thereafter, I had to jump thru hoops for the UNAUTHORIZED debit to be refunded. On March 1, 2021, I followed up with Olivia because STILL NO TITLE. Luis Padilla - Supervisor claimed the delay was coming from the DMV and COVID. On March 29, 2021, I was forced to personally check with the DMV. THE DMV INFORMED ME CHALLENGE FINANCIAL HAD NOT REPORTED THE PAYMENT OF MY VEHICLE AND THAT WAS THE REASON THE TITLE HAD NOT BEEN PROCESSED-- 69 DAYS AFTER FULL PAYMENT AND MULTIPLE INQUIRIES FROM ME REGARDING SAME-- IT WAS NOT REPORTED. ON MARCH 29--HIGHLY UPSET I EMAILED LUIS PADILLA AND OLIVIA CERVANTES REQUESTING THE COMPANY SUPERVISOR/MANAGER CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY REGARDING THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR. OF COURSE, NO CALL OR RESPONSE--- SO I HAD TO ONCE AGAIN CALL MYSELF AND WAS INFORMED SUPERVISOR JERRY TORRES WAS AWARE OF THE SITUATION AND WOULD GET BACK TO ME. SEVERAL CALLS AND VOICEMAILS LATER --- AS OF TODAY APRIL 6TH NOBODY HAS RETURNED MY CALL!!!! I AM HOPING I DON'T HAVE TO PURSUE LEGAL ACTION. PLEASE BEWARE IF CONSIDERING DOING BUSINESS WITH CHALLENGE FINANCIAL!!!!

lavonne harris1Dealing with this fiancé company has been a night mare, Anna Lopez is rude and she should never deal with customer account she is disrespectful and unprofessional, When asked to speak with a supervisor we were told there is no supervisor on site, We were appointed an assigned rep name Mark and it has been lie after lie after lie regarding vehicle registration here we are 9 months into paying a car note with NO LICENSE PLATE. I wouldn’t recommend this fiancé company to anyone!
