  As first time home buyers we started this journey online reading through countless forums on how the home buying process works. Which seemed both daunting and nerve wrecking, especially in the current competitive market. After what felt like going in circles with a couple lenders, feeling disconnected, discouraged, and not being able to get someone on the phone, we were referred to Chad Fallis and we could honestly not be more grateful that he led us in the right direction. We felt extremely lucky and relieved once we started working with Chad, he was informative, detailed, answered all of our questions, and was very transparent in letting us know what to expect from start to finish. Chad Fallis and his team made us feel comfortable and coached us every step of the way, and in very little time we were at the closing table signing for our new home.   We were introduce to Chad 10 years ago thru our realtor. He was great then and everything was done smoothly, efficiently and thoroughly. Fast forward and same house, we had him just recently refinance for us. Again, smooth, efficient and thorough. His team is great and responsive as well.   We were introduced to Chad through our realtor. I can speak for both my wife and I that we are very grateful were were. Simply put, Chad is the best in the Mortgage Industry. We have used Chad two times within 2 years. A purchase loan and a refinance. He also completed a refinance for our family members and it was not an easy one.   Chad Fallis who is with Cross Country Mortgage has acquired our mortgage for our home twice. For our initial mortgage, he got it done so fast that he broke his own record for days it took to process. To our surprise that timely attention allowed us to move into our new home the same day we closed on our old home. We had expected to have to rent a storage space! We just refinanced with him again due to the low interest rates and he got it done quickly in spite of the multitudes wanting to do the same. His attention to our needs was not only highly competent but also compassionate. He invests himself personally. I have never had such attention from any other type of business interaction that can begin to compare with Chad’s service. He is one of those people you feel comfortable with immediately and know that his friendship is an integral part of the service he offers.
