  Absolute joke, I’ve banked there since I was 14 and now on the side of the road out of gas because we deactivate debit cards over petty stuff and leaves you with no access to your money and the close at 4 and for someone who works until 4:30 and doesn’t know that the card doesn’t work really boils the blood will definitely be looking for a new bank.

  I've banked here for 10+ years and it used to be a good bank until recently..they used to REALLY take care of their customers but not anymore..they recently changed their deposit policy where now they keep your money FOR 2 DAYS!!..no other bank does this..maybe 24 hours but not 48..their hours are also a joke compared to other banks..I'm talking about the Rostraver branch..i just went there today cause google says they're open but i het there and they have a handwritten note on the door that says "closed at 1"..real nice..guess they make their own hours..DON'T BANK HERE..there's better option out there..i must say tho that the tellers are very nice and always helpful
