  We worked with Jarad Brown and he was fantastic. He made pre-approval a simple and easy process and we had our answer almost immediately. When we decided to just refinance instead of purchasing we used Jarad because he was on top of the process and always willing to help. He was considerate of our time and answered questions even on a weekend. The entire process ran smoothly and Jarad made the whole thing glide through. We highly recommend Jarad and Certainty Home Loans. If we decide to purchase in the future we would definitely use Jarad again.

  Worked with Aaron Chick to complete my first home loan. Very attentive and on top of any changes. He would call or text me to keep me updated on every step and was able to answer every question I threw at him (there were many, being my first time through the process). He saw the loan through till the end and went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. 100% ask for Aaron if you need a loan

  If I could leave no stars, I absolutely would. I didn't go through Certainty Home Loans for my lender, but the people buying my house went through them. And as a seller, they have not made this process easy. They have delayed closing MULTIPLE times now, to let my buyer know the day before, or even the DAY of that we won't be closing. Poor communication on their end, and they have made the home selling process even more stressful than it already was. THEY ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT GET A SINGLE RECOMMENDATION FROM ME, AND I ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DISASTROUS, UNORGANIZED COMPANY.

  My fiance and I just bought our first home right outside of Savannah, GA and it was such a great experience. As a Dallas native, I knew about Certainty Home Loans through my parents who used them when they were called something else. It was such a wonderful experience. I recommend using them.   Starkey Mortgage is a great company to work with when buying your home. Jeff Stodghill (Loan Officer) makes himself available at all hours to answer questions and is even able to provide a pre-approval on a Saturday which is really helpful since most of us can only look at houses in the evening and on weekends. He also provides great advice on the best financing options and can recommend reputable inspectors, attorneys, insurance companies etc. Would highly recommend Starkey Mortgage and specifically Jeff Stodghill to anyone buying a home in the area.

  As a Realtor, it is imperative for me to suggest the best names in the business of home inspectors, lenders, attorneys to my clients. Personally, I am obligated to surround my client with professionals in each specialty - and in turn their performance - good or bad - then ultimately reflects on me. I would like to take this moment to personally "thank" Jeff Stodghill at Starkey Mortgage for his continued "professionalism" over these many years with me and my clients. Each client comes with stars in their eyes - finally a home of their own! And each client is so unique - there is no "typical" case file. Sometimes the road has pit holes or off the wall mitigating circumstances but somehow, if humanly possible, Jeff keeps plugging away and my client has a new home.   My cousin recommended Certainty Home Loans to my wife and I and even though we had not really heard of the company, we decided to give it a shot. We had not much spare time as we are both in the medical field and work odd hours. It was nice of the Brown team to be so accommodating with our time constraints. Great job Certainty Home Loans.   Jarad Brown was absolutely above and beyond what anyone could dream of. He walked both me and my wife separately through all the paperwork, terminology, what everything meant, and exactly what we were paying for. He made sure we could text, call, or email him anytime. He also made sure that there was still an assistant we were working even when he was out of the office (and it was a seamless transition... no repeats or miscommunications. We were already committed to working with Jarad for these reasons along with our realtor highly recommending him. Then he gave us the lowest interest rate amongst all the other competitors by a long shot. All the closing paperwork was done very effiecently. It was a straightforward process, and all questions were answered thoroughly by him or his team. We are extremely grateful, and very highly recommend Jarad Brown.

  I recently just bought my first home and I used Starkey! They are by far the best! They were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly, especially with this being my first time.
