  Mrs Tina is amazing on Arkansas rd branch. She goes above and beyond.. we appreciate her willingness to take time and help us in all we needed. This women deserves a reward for her services. I sure hope Centric appreciates workers like her, bc she brought us back to a place we just used as as temp bank.

  I understand the whole covid ordeal, but I can not get ANYONE, AND I MEAN anyone on the phone. Ever. I literally stay on the line on hold for 35-56 minutes at a time before i just hang up! Online banking is not updated correctly causing overdrafts, and can not get ahold of a representative to sort out.

  Terrible place to bank. Never answer the phone or call you back. I guess it’s the new way of doing business but everyone always has a little bit of an attitude or sly with their attitude.
