  This is aimed at the leaders of this institution. How is it that when ever i have login issues you do not have a human to answer the phones. You can not help me if i can not communicate with you. This os not the first experience by a long shot and if its not remedied i will transfer to a more competent financial institution. This os a leadership issue not am employee issue so i am holding you responsible.

  Great place! I opened an account here to re-establish my credit during my divorce 12 years ago. After 3 years of paying on my share secured loans, I was able to buy a house. A few years later, I was able to finance a vehicle and obtain their awesome fixed rate credit card. Reestablishing credit takes time, and along the way the staff and the management were very helpful and personable. I appreciate this credit union and their helpfulness.

  Before I begin, mind you individual experiences will vary. Mind you they do have another branch in Stockton Ca on Center street. This review pertains to the branch on N El Dorado St. Ok so, the backstory. I opened accounts at this CU a long while back. For the sole purpose of establishing and building credit. As I have lived my entire life as a cash in hand only person. At the time I also opened secured loan (s) where I matched them dollar for dollar and simply just had to pay interests. Well I was just going over my credit scores in my Experian account and it's suggestions were that while my credit was good 700, 707 and 737. With narry a negative anything. All the categories show as 'Very Good' with the exception of a couple 'Fair' categories because I have no Credit Cards (Cash is King), No open revolving accounts. And that I should be using 6% of my available credit. So after looking over what they have to offer on their website I go to them and request a Starter Loan ($500) which is described as for 'First Time Borrowers' for the purpose of establishing building credit. Or Even a minimal unsecured Credit Card ($300). After waiting what seemed like forever for them to returm with a decision. They returned with a counter offer of a Secured Credit Card where I pledge 150% of the limit ($450 for a $300 limit CC) and on top of that I still will be paying the interest rates. So wait... They wanted me to offer them more than they would offer me and on top of that pay interests. Yeah Ok, makes perfect sense to do that when I can just match dollar for dollar and just pay the interests for credit like have been doing. And mind you my accounts with this branch (CU) are and have always been in Good Standing. Not a negative anything and I make regular deposits, multiple times a week half the time. In the end, in my honest opinion this isn't a credit union but a regular bank. So do your due diligence as there maybe more credit minded "credit unions" out there that are better suited for building establishing credit. I wouldn't recommend this one to anybody.

  Been with this bank for 24yrs .. it has always been smooth service.. just wish my job gave as much love holidays off time like the this bank

  Went to this bank because it was next to my hotel. One teller open the day before a holiday stood in line and for 40 minutes and they refused to change a ten for quarters unless I opened an account.

  Worst bank ever atm keept 200$ of my money and there making me do a dispute..do not bank with these people

  They are NOT open today 9-1-2018. They are closed. You SHOULD update your website!!!!!!!! You are closed more than open. And you will be closed until Tuesday!!!!!
