  Disappointing. Been with them for over a decade. New fees. Account fees, statement fees, etc. They apparently can’t be inconvenienced to make money off of my parked money any more. There are plenty of banks who want your business. Bank fees are a thing of the past and a sign of a bank in trouble. No need to pass on, from previous reviews it doesn’t appear to have done much.

  RIDICULOUS!!! This bank no longer operates like a small town bank. I Have banked there many years and have seen customer service go down hill and fees they charge skyrocket. Do your research!!! They charge a lot of hidden fees and restrictions on what you can do with your money!!! I have since found a bank who actually pays me to keep my money and there is little to NO fees to transfer money, write checks or pay bills on line!!!! And the customer service has been AMAZING!!!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

  Stopped by to break $100.00 bill, only reason was convenience store down the street could not break it. Teller was a red haired lady and was rude and very nosey. She acted like I stole something. Also she had a mask on but was not even covering her nose. While i was right there she sneezed a couple of times. Who would ever think a small town bank would be this rude.

  VERY FRUSTRATED with Central National Bank right now!!! 3 weeks ago I took a government refund check in that had My husband and my name both on it we BOTH signed it-and they REFUSED to deposit it...mind you I WAS NOT asking for cash back just deposit. Then this past Wednesday My son took my pay check in to deposit it ... a check from my employer made out to ONLY ME and NOT signed on the back and they DEPOSITED it into HIS account causing ME to be OVERDRAFTED. Granted they made it right and I was not charged any fees but after taking a signed check in and them REFUSING to DEPOSIT it because “My husband and I were not BOTH present at the time”. even though we HAD BOTH SIGNED the back. Needless to say I AM VERY FRUSTRATED right now.

  My bank has frustrated me many a time. The younger tellers are very nice.
