  Been banking here for ten years now, never had a major problem with my account. Overall, its a good bank. Due to the pandemic their hours and some policies changed but that is understandable.

  Took out a loan and paid it off under a year. Loan shows delinquent and I paid off balance. Loan has been paid off for over 7 months. Have contacted all who has been needed to be contacted and keep getting the run around. Has negatively been affecting my credit even though I have proof it’s paid off. The manager and loan broker have failed to do anything about it. Have sent emails and countless phone calls. Sad the way they are in professional.

  I used the ATM and it never dispensed the cash. I called them the next morning and they basically told me to screw off. Bad business ethics and customer service. I live just a few blocks away and I will make sure to avoid this business at all costs. I would never consider opening an account with them after this. My advise is to close your account if you already have. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. Their customer service was beyond appalling. I review every place I interact with and this is by far the worst review I have ever had to write.

  Unfortunately, our staff was unable to help in the way Kalen desired. Procedures for ATM transactions are controlled by banking laws, government regulations, and the rules of the ATM transaction processing network. These procedures exist to protect all who use the system from fraud and other chicanery. In cases such as Kalen's, the proper procedure is to contact the institution from which the funds were being withdrawn. If the funds were not dispensed but were debited from the account, they should have been returned to Kalen's account.

  I have been banking with them for over 20 years. I have gotten car loans (twice) from them. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience. But remember: everyone is human. Others can have a bad day too.

  I would not recommend anyone to this Bank Central Illinois credit Union Champaign Illinois on John Street since they had left the two older lady go the young lady don't know if they doing at all I had a friend and went up there and found out it was money taken out of her account and she was never sent a letter or know anything about it until she went up there and found out money was missing out of her account now she only had $25 in her saving and only have a certain amount in her checking when it should have been more someone needs to investigate this Bank since the older ones had left and the old other lady that died the service there have been very bad I would not recommend my dog there that's how bad it is I asked for an investigation be done on my count to find out where the missing money went to and the girl act like she didn't know what she was talking about or what I was talking about and I was speaking playing English I wish someone from the bank a CEO of the one that owns the bank will learn to check with the customer cuz you going to lose a lot of people at that bank it is the worst disgusting thing I ever think that now and I've been there for a long time

  I have lunch from 1:00-2:00 and live out of town. Now that they close from 1:00-2:30 it makes it hard to do business with them.

  Been a member for 41years and have always been treated like family. You don't always get that at the big banks.
