  If I could give this place 0 stars I would but it’s not an option. They’re banking app NEVER works. And I even went to the facility to fix it. They said it was fixed and I shouldn’t have any issues getting into my account. Well they lied. I haven’t been able to get into my app for at least 2 weeks now. I’m definitely switching to commonwealth! :)

  This is the worst bank I have ever used. There are very few nice people who are always ready to help, but the rude and snobby ones just always pull things down. I received the worst customer service over the phone from Patty at georgetown today, and she did a great job messing up the rest of my day. I know my money might not count, but I sure will find a better bank where my meagre deposits will be appreciated and be treated like a valued customer.

  Love the folks at Central Bank Georgetown. They take the time to get to know you and always go above and beyond to be kind and helpful. Additionally Kim Marshall is not only fantastic at her job she is an absolute asset to the Georgetown community. Keep up the good work ya'll.

  How is the walk-in not open on Saturday at the branch in downtown? Have to fight traffic to go to the one across town.....

  Getting a new account, cus service has been rude and snobby, they've not done much to help cuz with building credit, went to PNC, love it!
