Centennial Bank Reviews

Sebastian K1If you dont have an account they will call the owner of the account and not cash it until they call back. Absolute nuisance for all involved. That's just as bad as Regions charging a non account holder a fee to cash checks written by their members. Who is just sitting aroung waiting to take calls from their banks? Im embarrassed to bother my clients with this ridiculous policy. If I could choose zero stars I would.

David Edwards1If you do any mobile banking, go elsewhere. They continually "update" their system which then blocks your access to the app. The only way to regain access is to go through customer service. The number listed on their app and website can't be reached, so you have to Google your local location which then goes to the customer service department. Stay on hold there for 10 minutes, a recording tells you your call is important and your estimated wait time is 8 minutes 59 seconds. Ten minutes later, the same message about your call being important comes on, but now your wait time is 8 minutes 55 seconds. Seriously, go to Alabama Credit Union. At least their stuff works and they know how to answer a phone.
