  The customer service in this branch is awful, I stood in the lobby for at least 15 minutes while the teller was.working with a customer, that's fine. That's expected, another gentlemen I explained I.wanted to open an account, he said I had to Wait for the teller to give me the paperwork. The teller then phoned for another associate, who then bypasses us in the line waiting and took the first customer that walked through the door. First impression is everything but ill utilize another credit union if that how their customers are treated after hearing such wonderful things about this company.

  EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - I've had them for well over seven years and the lack of assistance they are willing to offer when trying to financially prosper is sad. They seem to have lost that family feel they were once known for, they have gone more corporate and like so many other places look at people as numbers not as an individual. You use to be able to call and actually speak to someone now everything is automated and when you finally get through to an extension you get a recording (no matter the branch or department) stating they are not available. Luckily I was able to find another bank that was more than willing to help, offered more assistance and by far cheaper rates.

  Oh how I wish I could just turn away a customer just because I won't be able to take care of them before we close. Yes I came in 15mins before closing time but the way my schedule is set up its really the only time I can come in to set up an account. I know because its been something I've been trying to do for weeks. I finally get out in time to make it to Cencap before they closed. And I was turned away because no one wanted to take the extra time to take care of me. Very poor service. You lost a great customer.

  This bank is so poorly designed with everything. Member service is unprofessional and does not seem to know what they are doing. Your checking and savings number is the same which confuses those that you give permission to, to go into your account. Its either being pulled from your checking or savings because the numbers are the same. I regret the day joining this bank.

  Drive thru here is a joke!!! For the second time I've gone there and sat in the drive thru for over ten minutes ringing their bell with no response. The customer service here sucks!! No one ever came to the window. So I went inside. Not enough tellers only two. They need a sign for drive thru stating its closed if no one is going to work the drive thru instead of making customers wait until somone feels like responding. Just poor service. I will be changing banks.

  This bank will not accept any calls. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with a customer service representative and if you actually do they are so rude. They sigh and suck their teeth. I even got hung up on twice before I received any help. Very poor customer service help.

  Horrible, horrible and did I say horrible banking. Wrote a review last week and thought I'd leave another to remind people : DO NOOTTTTT BANK WITH THEM!!! Loan officers are RUDE and have no compassion to ANYONE'S situation. FRANKLIN TRUST IS THE WAY TO GOOOO!!!!

My sister has had an account with them for over 10 years and several loans that she has paid off never defaulting and because she fell into hard times and now owes on a couple cards they denied her for a loan. Needless to say she has since moved to Franklin Trust who is all about financial freedom and helping others in the community."   It is impossible to call and get to an actual customer service representative. Its is a good CU but I am out of CT for a while and tried calling for days and its always says that they are busy. That is STUPID please improve this problem.
