      Set up a loan for a car. I did all the paperwork over the phone and talked with a gal from headquarters. When I come to the appointment with the people selling the car to me, the staff was very rude to us. They whispered about us and kept saying they weren't ready and acted like it was my fault. The whole ordeal took about 3 hours. Once they realized they were at fault, the girl helping us kept apologizing over and over again to the point it got irritating.

      Disabled veteran who doesn't dodge Bills. Two years of late fees! On a car loan that has been in good standing for two years. And everyone I try to talk to treats me like a child thanks for not great customer service

      Very disappointed. You no longer have the experience of it being Hometown. Now you're just a number. It's definitely run like a business & not in a good way. Sad I use to recommend them highly. No longer.

      Worst bank ever never sent me a notice to verify my account or anything but then they started taking $5 a month saying my account was inactive. No help from tellers either.

      The people ive had interactions with here have all been very friendly sadly i think cefcu as a company is horrible due to some really poor practices but i love this branch
