  Cathy Haddad is simply THE BEST! My husband and I are about to close on our first home and Cathy and her team couldn’t have made the process any easier, everything was fast and efficient! I was nervous about the process going in, especially not knowing what to expect, but there was zero stress and worries. Cathy always got back to me quickly and patiently answered all my questions. So very grateful I found this team in this very intense and competitive housing market.

  I rarely write reviews, but when I do, they are beyond well deserved! I cannot thank Cathy and her well oiled machine of a team enough for all that they did for my husband and I. We were first-time home buyers in this hot market which was stressful enough. From start to finish, she made the process stress-free, seamless, and held our hands throughout the entire process. Her rates are competitive, she was always available for questions (and I had a lot!), offered great advice (especially when it came to my credit) , and just overall emotional support. I felt truly cared for in her hands and it’s apparent that she takes pride in her clients — she made us feel like we were her only ones (which you will absolutely not get with a big bank being passed around from one person to another). Thankfully, Cathy has put us in our forever home or else we would use her over and over again without hesitation. I will however recommend her to everyone I know who’s buying a home. Thank you Cathy!!!

  I obtained a mortgage through Cathy for my apartment and was delighted with how smoothly the whole process went. I’m not a lover of form filling and obtaining documents such as this process requires but it was made so simple. My mortgage approval and subsequent funding was obtained quickly and without fuss and I was walked through the requirements by her amazing team headed by Beth. Highly recommend Cathy should you require a mortgage and can’t thank her enough for everything.

  Both my family and I have called Cathy to close multiple loans and refis for us. Recently, I elected to obtain a bank mortgage for personal reasons and I am very sorry I did--I ended up with a very stressful process through the bank, and almost missed my closing date with an interest rate that was not competitive at all, in spite of responding to all requests within 1 hour, excellent credit and 20% down. Cathy and her team have excellent, fast communication with underwriters and keep their eyes on your targeted closing date. I would highly recommend Atlantic and Cathy for your mortgage and refi needs. Their service surpasses that of any bank. I would also like to note that even when I called Cathy mid-divorce and upset about refinancing two loans, she responded without judgement and immediately determined that one could be refinanced quite easily, and helped me figure out how to proceed with the mortgage on a non-warrantable condo. I do not feel that I would have had that kind of help had I called a bank or other lender. She never made me feel like I had made a mistake or that I was without options.

  Amazing experience. Cathy and her team (Lisa and Beth) are extremely responsive and efficient. They helped us a lot during our first home purchase and took their time to walk us through all the details. Would highly recommend to work with AHL in this long/complex process :)

  Do not use her services. She was extraordinarily insulting, and shamed my change of work status for working from home due to COVID-19. Ive never had a more unprofessional phone conversation. She lost my business. She does not know what she is doing. She flat out told me I didn’t qualify for a loan when I never even put in an application for one, and likely broke federal guidelines for speaking about other people’s applications and protected financial information without their consent. Save yourself the headache and use a real professional elsewhere. Inexperienced and insulting person.

As Loan Officers, we have specific guidelines we have to follow set forth by Mortgage Lending Agencies, especially regarding employment length for self-employed applicants. And it has nothing to do with working from home due to Covid-19. After you told me your employment history and based on the guidelines, I told you that your qualifying chances were not good. I also went through the action steps moving forward to help improve both of your chances in the future. I take my customer's personal information very seriously and would never share confidential information.
