  By far the best customer service we could ever ask for!! Mitch is so awesome! He and his staff are very professional, caring and understanding! They always find what we have in mind or need at that time! I couldn't ask for better people to help us! They have a great inventory to choose from as well! Definitely recommend them to every person I know! 10/10 👌

  Iv been doing business with Castle Rental for many years now.Things have been hard from time to time as it is for everyone. But they have always been the the kind of business that looks at you as human and not just a payment. No matter whats going on in town Castle Rental of Berryville seams to be the place to be. Even if it's just to stop in and say hi. The banter among the employees and customers is refreshing. And the simple fact they care sets them apart from every other place iv been. And is the reason that keeps me comming back. They may not be perfect for everyone..but they are great to me and my family.

  I came I today to buy some guitar strings and the snippy oaf behind the counter said he'd be there asap. There were employees not busy and nobody was sent back to help me. That's one way to run a business. Not a good look in my opinion. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

  We have always gotten great service and products from Castle. The staff is honest and genuine! Best rent to own and pawn shop I have personally ever been to. They work with you when you need it and treat you with the up most respect. :)

  This is the best Castle Rental I have ever been to. I have done business with them for years and continue to go back to them for many different items. I have enjoyed all interactions with the employees and their store Manager Mitch is AMAZING! He truly goes above and beyond for his customers! I HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone who wants a good deal, and people who know how to treat a customer correctly.

  They are very high they Are not fair! We were with them for a little over 2 years I'm paying on our bed and TV yeah smart bed and TV and we hit some struggling times and they came up and I don't want to took all of it disregarding all of our good and pros of are time with them! In my opinion I would not give them your time or money I will go down to Rent A Center!

  Jill and I went in today and had a blast shopping. Ended up meeting most of the staff and we will definitely be back to find out what else we’ll end up buying. Thank you to, Mitch the manager, two other staff members and the Ruben sandwich. Loved the energy, will be back again.

  I ordered Elixer guitar strings from this company. They accepted my money just fine. The guitar strings where supposed to go to my moms address. She's 72 and it's hard for her to get out. So I paid for them and had them sent to her house. Her address got flaged by their system. I emailed a picture of an envelope, already sent by mail with her address on it. Still not good enough. So I called and was reassured the strings would go to my moms house. Anybody want to guess where they ended up. MY HOUSE. Do not use this company. BTW ur "customer service " needs serious work.

  We are very sorry we came up short in the handling of your transaction Anthony. I appreciate you providing your feedback so we can make sure to avoid this mistake in the future. We would like to take this opportunity to explain a couple of things about this situation. First, we use a third party shipping tool that validates the addresses for accuracy. We do this in an attempt to avoid shipping delays associated with improper addresses. That service flagged the address and our team simply worked to verify. The issue that caused your item to be shipped to the wrong address was a failure in communication between the person you spoke to and the person who shipped the package. We've used this situation as a lesson to learn from and put systems in place to close up that loophole. We communicated with you about this after the problem occurred and we offered several solutions, including an offer to refund your money and allow you to keep the product in order to help make the situation right. You declined and said you would rather leave bad reviews on social media. That's certainly your right to do, and we accept responsibility for our failures, but our desire was to turn things around and make amends for our mistake. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience for you and your elderly mother and hope you are enjoying the strings.

  Everyone at castle of Berryville is wonderful. They are always helpful. Every time I go in there they are always smiling. If I cant find something they will either look at another store or they will order from the catalog. I will never go anywhere else.
