N / A5There's a difference between PAWNing and BUYing and the other shops around town hit me with "we dont pawn" and let me walk out without mentioning that they DO BUY. I was trying to get a TV off my hands (moved from FL and dont need it anymore) I called and they told me they BUY from customers. I walk up and Brian with the glasses and GREAT personality let me know that he'd be right with me (he was helping another person who was trying to sell their items) and was wonderful with me, and after i asked a few questions he even went out of his way to show me a BEAUTIFUL item they had just gotten in that wasn't ready to be sold until Monday. I'm DEFINITELY coming back and asking for Brian specifically, but even the other associates who were in that i asked for help were so kind. If you live in the area, give them a try. I left with lighter hands, a heavier pocket, AND something to look forward to on one of the worst days of the week. If y'all at Cashing In are reading this- GIVE MY BOY A RAISE OR SOMETHIN, HE'S AMAZING! Thank you for giving great customer service out there guys 💕

larry mckay1Bought a Garmin GPS that is totally useless can not be updated and was more than likely stolen since serial number was taken off....BEWARE of these people when I took back was told i probably just used it and now wanted money back...bought a new one for $80 and at least i know its not hot. And they never Gave me a receipt stating no refunds....
