  Worse service ever by the lady and owner. I bought a game. Went outside. My wife calls me and says she bought the game somewhere else for our son so i turn back in and they refused to refund me $15. No where is a sign that says "All Sales Are Final". She stated they dont have a return policy but no where does it tell you this. Not at the register. Not on the receipt. No where in the entrance. She accused me of ripping off a part of the receipt supposedly where it says no refund. Then she tried point that theres a sign in front of her and no where was it to be seen. Then she finds the sign "Piece of paper" behind a clock no where visible to anyone, not even visible to themselves. "BAD BUSINESS" when it comes to you buying stuff here. STAY AWAY. Then when I asked for stored credit they basically was giving me a time when to come back and when I stated that this was "Bad Business" and that they need to show the guest this information before buying, they kicked me out and refused any help. STAY AWAY just go to "Queen of Pawns" or "Cash America Pawn" literally 1-2 min down the street. So much better prices and service.

  When you came back "hours" later you were told you were able to exchange or get a store credit even though the receipt said all sales final. Well, not any longer on "your" receipt because it was very clear that part was torn off intentionally. Besides not telling the truth, We are curious as to why you didn't mention that you were being disruptive and loudly cursing in the store and still was only asked to leave by security after you starting directing your cursing towards the girl who was trying to help you?

  Can’t look at product cause store is so cluttered and unorganized. No pathways and is a fire hazard. Products not priced. After you rummage thru to find some decent things, the owner than has to take more time looking up the prices to compare to eBay. Total waste of time.

  When my husband and I visit Florida on vacation, we always have a “Pawn Shop Day” in Orlando. We love to window shop and check out the pawn shops. This particular one has impressive stuff, friendly employee, and Security has always been friendly. I call Security, in a respectful way, “Big, Burly Security”. My husband & I never had any issues with the folks in this pawn shop. We haven’t bought anything yet, who knows, one day we just might.....

  All these great reviews are right on. Came here in a big monetary bind. My husband took off and left me with kids and bills. I needed cash quick so I took all the gold I had here. They were very helpful and friendly and explained everything to me. Best of all, they gave gave me an excellent deal.

  Saved by this place. They gave me the best deal on my jewelry. I was late on my electric bill and and Duke came out to shut my power off. I had food in the fridge and my garage freezer and all was about to spoil. I was in a panic so I grabbed whatever gold I had and shopped it around. Ended up here and they were friendly and sympathetic from the moment I walked in. I'll keep coming.

  absolute ripoff. they overprice their items hoping to oversell to unknowing customers. i would never buy from here. as an exqmple they are selling a drill master polisher sander which costs 38.00 brand new at harbor freight for 75.00 in used beat up condition
